DHA

DHA is vital not only for your mental performance, but for emotional and physical performance as well. Every one should make sure that they are getting plenty of Omega- 3 fatty acids...Fish Oils, Flaxseed Oil and Algae Oil are among the best sources/supplements.

Rosemary Oil

Rosemary Oil helps improve mental clarity and also energizes the body. Place one/two drops of Rosemary oil on the top of each foot- the oil increases blood circulation to the surface of the brain.

Ashwagandha

If you are one of those people who just can’t turn your mind off when it’s finally time to go to sleep I recommend trying this natural supplement.
